I had ordered 2 hair clippers from this company 4 months ago but I didnt receive any of them and after that I had contacted to the company and sent them lots of emails but they were not able to answer me or give me a refund. Shame on you.

To place an order!

I was not able to speak to anyone, nor was I able to leave a message; it was very frustrating going through the different departments trying to speak to someone! I was trying to order a product from the company and simply wasn't able to do that!!

I'd like a full refund. USPS tracking indicates that package was supposed to arrive on 10/24- then late on 10/27.

Nothing. Today is November 4th still no package. Started case with USPS after none response from company. After, several emails to company without responding I decided to air my complaints more publicly I've gotten responses telling me that my problem is with USPS.

I beg to differ. HOB is the sender. You have my money. Kindly refund $49.36.

I must say this the worst company to do online business with. *PLEASE AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH HOUSE OF BEAUTY WORLD!* just flush your money down the toilet.

So after stating they print out the label on the May 2nd I go to the mailbox and package is there. They obviously print out label and mail it themselves.

THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE. I DON'T SUGGEST ANYBODY USE THEM BECAUSE NOW THEY ARE USING THE PANDEMIC AS AN EXCUSE.

I WOULD PROBABLY TAKE THEIR EXCUSE SERIOUSLY IF THEY DIDN'T HAVE 316 BETTER BUREAU COMPLAINTS FROM 2016 ABOUT THE SAME SERVICE THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING. THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE, TAKING ORDERS ON THEIR WEBSITE AND NOT BEING ABLE TO FULFILL THEM. IF YOU ASK FOR A REFUND YOU GET NO RESPONSE OR YOU GET A FAKE EMAIL SAYING YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED WHEN IT REALLY HASN'T. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER IS JUST A RECORDING THAT REFERS YOU BACK TO THE SAME NUMBER.

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. I WILL TAKE MY $75 LOSS AND LESSON LEARNED. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANY HAIR PRODUCTS ONLINE AGAIN. UPDATE AS OF 0506****-THERE ACTUALLY ISN'T ONE THEY STILL HAVEN'T SHIPPED MY ORDER AND NO RESPONSE FOR A REFUND STILL.

You have to research and read reviews or check with the BBB before ordering products from companies, there are so many scammers that will literally lie just to get money. I feel bad that this could happen to anyone.

Omg, same thing is happening to me right now. I ordered products worth $75 since May 5th.

Tracking still says USPS awaiting item, meanwhile they said it has been shipped. This is June 2nd and still no package.

No customer service number. I have emailed them countless times and no response.

The same thing is happening to me I order some dark spots gel remover from them. I received tracking information and it says usps is awaiting to receive the item.

Also, I’ve been calling and emailing no one to answer the phone or reply to the email. Honestly what kind of a company is that?

With these hard times, people are still scamming good folks. I hope someone can see my post and her back to me

I am having the same problem. Two weeks in from order no shipping details I have asked for a refund instead and Have not gotten a response.

Their phone number states they are closed so why keep taking orders online. Never again horrible company!

I never received the 20% discount they said they applied and when I paid by credit card the shipping was not in the total until after I paid so I want to cancel this order.

My total when I paid by credit card was $7.96 which included the SALE20 discount that I typed in. It said the 20%was applied but it wasnt AND I dont want to pay almost $6 in shipping for a $9 bottle of hair grease. The customer needs to see ALL charges when they check out and I didnt. Please cancel this order

I placed an order for the 32 oz shampoo and 32 oz conditioner at $39.00 for each bottle. I received the conditioner but no shampoo. I have sent 3 emails and several phone calls with the answer being no one available to take my call. I am beyond frustrated with this company. I may have to call my credit card company and tell them product not received and deduct amount from payment sent. What else can I do?
