So after stating they print out the label on the May 2nd I go to the mailbox and package is there. They obviously print out label and mail it themselves.

I WOULD PROBABLY TAKE THEIR EXCUSE SERIOUSLY IF THEY DIDN'T HAVE 316 BETTER BUREAU COMPLAINTS FROM 2016 ABOUT THE SAME SERVICE THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING. THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE, TAKING ORDERS ON THEIR WEBSITE AND NOT BEING ABLE TO FULFILL THEM. IF YOU ASK FOR A REFUND YOU GET NO RESPONSE OR YOU GET A FAKE EMAIL SAYING YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED WHEN IT REALLY HASN'T. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER IS JUST A RECORDING THAT REFERS YOU BACK TO THE SAME NUMBER.
THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. I WILL TAKE MY $75 LOSS AND LESSON LEARNED. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANY HAIR PRODUCTS ONLINE AGAIN. UPDATE AS OF 0506****-THERE ACTUALLY ISN'T ONE THEY STILL HAVEN'T SHIPPED MY ORDER AND NO RESPONSE FOR A REFUND STILL.
BUT THE LABEL HAS BEEN PRINTED OUT SINCE 5/2. WHAT IS EVEN FUNNIER IS A RECEIVED ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY IN THE PHILADELPHIA AREA AND THEY HAD NO PROBLEM WITH SHIPPING.
I SEE THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE AND A WASTE. AND I WISH THEY WOULD STOP SELLING IF THEY KNOW THEY CAN'T PROVIDE THE SERVICE.

I'd like a full refund. USPS tracking indicates that package was supposed to arrive on 10/24- then late on 10/27.
Nothing. Today is November 4th still no package. Started case with USPS after none response from company. After, several emails to company without responding I decided to air my complaints more publicly I've gotten responses telling me that my problem is with USPS.
I beg to differ. HOB is the sender. You have my money. Kindly refund $49.36.
I must say this the worst company to do online business with. *PLEASE AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH HOUSE OF BEAUTY WORLD!* just flush your money down the toilet.
