Twice I ordered two wigs and twice they charged me for two.Each time they sent me one that I did not order and no refund.I don't like the wigs they sent with a note on the invoice stating discontinued.

That should be an automatic refund. They NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!! Also their advertised human hair wigs are actually poor quality synthetics. I wish they would refund my loss $$$$ and go out of business.

I may have to get an attorney involved as this is the second incident.

I do have legal services but am trying not to go that route.I just want my money returned.

Reason of review: Discontinued/ sent one after I paid for 2( not what I ordered twice).

Monetary Loss: $116.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Variety of products.

I didn't like: Wrong products delivered, Poor human hair products, Refund not given for items not sent.
