Twice I ordered two wigs and twice they charged me for two.Each time they sent me one that I did not order and no refund. I don't like the wigs they sent with a note on the invoice stating discontinued.
That should be an automatic refund. They NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!! Also their advertised human hair wigs are actually poor quality synthetics. I wish they would refund my loss $$$$ and go out of business.
I may have to get an attorney involved as this is the second incident.
I do have legal services but am trying not to go that route. I just want my money returned.
