House Of Beauty World - Refund Policy Review from Perdido, Alabama
I placed an order in November of 2014. Two items in my order were never received and no refund has been issued to date.
There was a note on the invoice stating, 'Will ship next week' for two of my products. I made several phone calls and it took months to get someone because of no voicemail setup and no live person to speak with on several occasions. When I finally got someone, I was told I'd be receiving the missing products...which I never did. When I got someone the next time, I was told it was too late to ship the items and they took my card number to supposedly issue me a refund...which I never received.
Next time, I was told to email the copy of the Invoice so it could be shared with management and I could receive a refund. I sent with copies of all the email requests I'd made over the past several months and still, no products were received and no refunds after 6 months of trying to get some customer service to help me. I'm even still trying as I sent a 6th email recently. I wear wigs daily.
When asked where they come from, I now tell people from a place I don't recommend anyone order from and will never order from again due to terrible customer service. Please be warned.

This happened to me also Itโs a scam Debited my account after displaying error messages and card details are incorrect Checked my account then BOOM! Money take by them After numerous attempts to contact them, I just gave up I guess thatโs what they rely on People not taking any action TOTAL SCAM DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!
