I ordered 2 wigs from House Of Beauty. One for 29.95 and 39.95.
When i received them the 39.95 one was not what i expected. I immediately emailed customer service because noone answers the phone. After several emails i was told they dont give refunds they give store credit but i explained i didnt want store credit and because i could'nt talk to anyone, i ordered 2 more wigs and informed them in a emailed i wanted to exchange the one for the one i was returning. Received a email stating give them the order number and i would receive a authorization code in my next email.
Tried many times to get this code to no avail.
The next email i got was to say my new order was shipped, so now i HAVE to get store credit becaus the never sent the code to exchange. I am totally disgusted and will never use HOB again.
