Can i add details to my order?I forgot to add my apartment number when i made an order and now i don’t know how I’ll be notified that it came

How do i get my Refund?i returned Item #616128****45 and cancelled Item #660014****13. I paid the Total Amount of $148.53 for {4} Wigs.
I am keeping {2}. I Paid with my Debit Mastercard.
I would appreciate a refund of $104.90 that i am due. Thank You.

Yes i order some stuff couple of weeks ago never received i have left about 5 message to let them no havent received stuff no respond back to email i have called there number severe time no respond so i would just like a refund back to my card and i will never order from them again very un professional the order number is 136**** and my number is 704 201 **** thank u

I placed and order on 5/16 ,$23.06 was withdrawn from my account but still haven’t seen my order

According to the House of Beauty Exchange policy, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you exchange it for free. Product must be eligible for exchange. There are no restocking fees. $8.95 UPS Shipping charge will apply. You should call House of Beauty customer service at 1-26*-938-8135 and pay for the shipment of the exchanged order. The reshipment can also be paid by sending a money order or check payable to House of Beauty, Inc in the amount of $8.95 for local United States orders. Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order. Please note that each return should be pre-authorized. You should email House of Beauty at returns@houseofbeautyworld.com for the Return Authorization Number (RAN). You will get a response within 24 - 48 hours. Any refused return is subject to a 50% Restocking Fee.
